Abbington Gardens, funded in part by both the City of Winston-Salem and the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, will bring 96 units of new affordable housing to residents of the city. Units will consist of 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom floor plans furnished with modern Energy Star appliances. On-site amenities will include a fitness center, library, and outdoor recreation areas including a playground. This community will be jointly developed and owned by Rea Ventures Group, LLC, KRP Investments, and Brock Ventures.
