Altoview Terrace community is located in Rome, Georgia along East 13th Street Southwest and Maple Avenue Southwest. In total, the project will offer 66-units consisting of 16 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom, 16 three-bedroom and two (2) four- bedroom duplex-style units within one- and two-story residential buildings. In addition, there will be a free-standing, 8,510 square-foot community building. Altoview Terrace will be developed using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and target lower-income family households earning up to 50% and 60% of Area Median Household Income (AMHI).
